We at Daystar Electric are experienced, seasoned professionals. Our principal, Al Edwards, has a Master's electrical license, has been in the electrical business since 1974, and has built a large and loyal customer base. Daystar Electric was founded in 2000 and specializes in service, maintenance, and construction for residential, commercial, and industrial clients in the Houston Metropolitan and Galveston areas.

We're fully licensed in every community where we work. We're licensed electricians in Texas, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Virginia. In addition to his electrical license, Al has a State of Texas contractor's license and is on Houston's Construction Industry Board. Our operations manager also has a Master's electrical license.

Not only do we provide a full range of services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, we also specialize in emergency generator and standby systems; computer UPS installations; computer cabling and category 5/6 testing; lighting design; pole lights; security lighting; and security cameras.

We're proud of our work, and when we do a job, we put our name on it. Our goal is to do an excellent job at a very fair price. We charge only a flat service call, with billing for time and material. We have the knowledge and commitment to do it right, and always ensure that each customer is fully satisfied and gets his money's worth.

We're happy to say that the quality of our work testified to by the fact that we receive much of our business from repeat customers.

We are fully insured, including workmen's compensation, and we provide free, detailed, no-obligation estimates for lump sum turn key jobs.
